Specialty: CNA - Certified Nursing AssistantLocations: Kimberly, WIShift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:15 p.m.Duration: 13 weeksStart Date: ASAPJob Description Provide quality care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality Provide individualized attention, which encourages each resident’s ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being Read and understand individualized service plans (ISPs) for each resident and provide support to the residents per their service plan Contribute to the service planning process by providing information and observations of the residents’ needs and preferences Attend to residents’ individual needs, including assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, eating, incontinence care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulating, range of motion, communicating or other care needs as identified in residents’ ISPs Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report these changes to the supervisor Promptly answer and courteously respond to residents’ pages and alarms Maintain residents’ comfort, privacy, and dignity in the delivery of services Interact with residents in a manner that displays warmth and promotes a caring environment Complete documentation of the care provided or other information in keeping with department policies Promote a homelike environment for residents Participate in daily care focus meetings Attend and complete trainings as scheduled, including flash trainings, Relias, etc.Qualifications High school diploma, general education degree (GED) CNA desirable, but not required Completion of all required CBRF certifications Ability to speak, write, and read English About Us**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is a national leader in healthcare staffing recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as one of the nation's largest healthcare staffing firms.
