What You Will Do:
Thoracic Surgery NP/PA - Part Time - 20 hours per week
The University of Maryland Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our inpatient Thoracic Surgery team. This is a truly outstanding opportunity for an APP who wants to be a member of a multidisciplinary team. We seek a highly motivated individual to participate in the care of patients presenting to our Thoracic Surgery program.
The NP/PA will manage and coordinate the care in
an inpatient care setting. Professional practice is in collaboration with other NP/PA providers, consultants, and physicians.
What You Need to Be Successful:
A Master of Science degree, with completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program. Registered and currently recorded with the Maryland Board of Nursing, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the area of specialization. Experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
