Westmoreland Manor excited to announce our new “Self-Scheduling” program! We are looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Certified Nurse Aides
and
Registered Nurses! As an employee with us, you will be part of a large, dedicated staff devoted to caring for residents in a 408-bed facility. We are seeking applicants able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and multi-task! Self-Scheduling employees will be required to work a minimum of 72 hours per month, with a minimum of 24 worked on off-shifts (3p.m. -11 p.m. and 11 p.m.-7a.m) and 24 hours being worked on weekends (7p Friday – 7am Monday) per month. Hours not to exceed 1,000 in one year or 32 in one week. Self-Scheduling employees will be paid the full-time bid rate during orientation, which will be approximately (3) three eight-hour shifts. After orientation, employees must submit a monthly schedule of availability to the Staffing Coordinator for approval. This position provides the opportunity for successful candidates to have a flexible schedule and competitive pay rate!
The below pay rates will take effect upon successful completion of orientation:
SS Nurse Aide: Weekdays $30.30/hr Weekends: (Sat & Sun) $35.35/hr
No vacation, personal, or sick time will be accrued. No retirement plan offered. Self-Scheduling employees will not be eligible for shift differential, meal allowance, holiday pay, or health insurance. Qualified Applicants must possess:
High school graduate or equivalency
Physical ability to do heavy lifting
CHRI check done within a one year period or have the ability to obtain one
Must possess and maintain a current valid PA Nurse Aide certificate or a current valid registration with Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners (License)

Vaccination Notice:
Per CMS requirements, Westmoreland Manor requires all new hires and employees to submit proof of full vaccination with one of the four authorized COVID-19 vaccines; this vaccination is considered a condition of employment for all employees.
