This group is powered by  Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care. Prior palliative care or hospice experience a bonus!  

 

This Opportunity Offers:

• Part-time, day shift position
• Hospice patients will be seen in their homes. Travel will be involved.
• Flexible time and shifts available.
• Main responisbility will be completing face to face hospice visits.
• System-wide Epic EMR
