Overview:

 

Mercy Clinic Primary Care is currently seeking a Family Nurse Practioner or Physician Assistant to join their practice at Mercy Clinic Primary Care- Northwest Familly. The Advanced Practitioner is an interdependent member of the health care team who provides primary health care to patients and families. Our providers perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.

 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience in a family medicine/primary care clinic is preferred.
• Required Education: Successful completion of an accredited Master's Degree Family Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program.
• Required Licensure: Licensed by the State of Oklahoma Board of Nursing and recognized as a Nurse Practitioner or by the Oklahoma Medical Board and recognized as a Physician Assistant in the State of Oklahoma. 
• Certifications: Have or obtain national certification as a family nurse practitioner. Those not having national certification at time of employment must obtain their certification within one (1) year
