This group is powered by Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care. Previous experience preferred.

 

This Opportunity Offers:

• Full-time position, M-F 8:00am- 5:00pm
• Will see around 30-40 patients per week
• Will be rounding on patients in skilled, AL, and LTC environments 
• System-wide Epic EMR
