A Place at Home is a state-certified, non-medical In-Home Care company. This year we were the only home-care agency in Omaha (among four in the state of Nebraska) to receive the Employer of Choice award, based on caregiver satisfaction ratings collected via telephone interviews by Home Care Pulse, an independent satisfaction research firm.
We are passionate about finding compassionate and professional certified nursing assistants (CNAs),
non-certified companions, homemakers, and Medication Aides to assist our clients with activities of
daily living in the comfort of their own homes. Our clients live throughout the Omaha metro, Bellevue,
Council Bluffs, and other surrounding areas.
We currently have multiple shifts to accomomodate a wide variety of part-time and full time availability:
We are looking for a CNA that can work Sundays 9A-6P and Saturdays 5P-11P every weekend. The client lives near the zip code 68106. The job entails helping with meals, assistance in and out of the chair, stand by assistance when walking, using the bathroom and Medication Reminders.
Looking for a CNA for the zip code 68112. Assist with pivot transfers, meal prep, medication reminders, tolieting and companionship. We are looking for someone that can do a split shift every other Saturday 8:30a-12:30p and then come back from 3p-7p.
Looking for a Medication Aid/CNA that can work every other Saturday 11A-4P in the area of 68111. Sit to stand experience, meal prep, toileting, medication administration etc.
Job Requirements
*Preferred CNA experience In-Home setting but not necessary- WE WILL PROVIDE training for compassionate people with a heart for service
*Background checks are performed
*State Elder ABuse Checks
*Drug test upon hire will be performed
*Commitment to assigned clients
