As a CNA or PCA Caregiver at Right at Home, you will work closely with our Director of Nursing to provide critical care for our clients. Our Director of Nursing also partners with you for continuing education and practice in our
CNA PCA Caregiver Learner Lab
to help you keep your skills sharp and learn new techniques. We provide you with a
world-class online education system
so you can complete continuing education at your own convenience. Thousands of courses are available to you to take on your own. Annually our Director of Nursing assigns key courses and you are paid for the completion of those courses.




We know that you have a lot of things to balance in your life
and have created an environment that makes sense. We provide you with a digital care app that you can access right from your smart phone. Through this app you will clock in/out, enter care notes, see care plans, enter mileage for payment, eliminating the need to drive around paper forms!



We work to find clients that best fit the unique skills and talents you bring to Right at Home. We believe that having consistency in the clients you work with promotes an environment that is best for our CNA PCA Caregivers and our clients. We are
flexible
in creating a schedule for you as we have clients with 4, 8 and 12 hour shifts, day time and overnight hours. We work to find out when you can best work and where then build a routine for you that fits.

Essential Functions:
Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):


Personal Hygiene
Ambulation/Transfers
Dressing/Shaving
Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
Performs light housekeeping activities
Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse
. These could include (but are not limited to):


Providing hospice supportive care
Medication reminders
Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
Assisting with blood glucose monitoring
Care of bed-bound patients
Incontinence care
Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
Preferred Experience in:
Hoyer lift
Personal care
Range of Motion Exercises
Foley care
Companionship
Light cleaning
