Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Camp Hill, PA 17011
Duration: 13 week assignment (with possible extension)
Shift Information: 7am-7pm/3pm-3am
Every other weekend and holiday availability required.
Guaranteed: 36 hours
Rate: $65-67/hr. with benefits
Job Requirements:
Active RN License
in the state of PA (link removed)>
Must have a current BLS/BCLS/CPR
certification.
Must be fully vaccinated
against COVID-19.
Active ACLS Certification
Active PALS Certifiaction
Minimum 1 year experience in Emergency Room/Emergency Department.
Responsibilities:
Being ready to respond and equipped to deal with a medical emergency.
Quickly assessing patient needs.
Treating critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma.
Performing minor medical operations.
Cleaning wounds.
Drawing blood.
Maintaining emergency room care standards.
Assisting with insurance paperwork.
Ensuring the efficiency of the patient check-in process.
Displaying strong decision-making skills in emergency scenarios.
Being ready to respond and equipped to deal with a medical emergency.
