Personal Caregiver
During this time of crisis, we are in need of caregivers to care for our most vulnerable population. No experience of certification is required, we will train you on all you need to know. If you're looking for hours temporarily or just to help the most vulnerable and desperate for care in our community, we can get you hired, trained and working shifts within days of your application for the position of caregiver/ home health aide. Full time and overtime available. We have a protocol in place to address and manage the risks and spread of Coronavirus.

Pay starts at $12 an hour, with an opportunity for a raise after your first 90 days!
Special shifts available paying $20-25 an hour!! There are
Urgent Start Shifts-- pays $20 an hour for shifts that have been scheduled with less than 24 hours notice, and One Hour
Shifts that pay $25 for that hour!
We are looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers, home health aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA), and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide non-medical home care to our clients in Summit, Stark, Medina, Portage and southern Cuyahoga counties.

Home Health Aide responsibilities include:
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Preparing and serving meals
• Help with bathing, grooming and incontinence care
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Shopping, errands and transportation
• Other duties as assigned

COVID-19 considerations:
We offer every caregiver a Safety Essentials Kit, which includes a bottle of disinfectant, cloth mask, 10 pairs of gloves, and a spray bottle. All items can be refilled at any time. We also have additional training on safety at Orientation.
Job Requirements
For the role of personal caregiver or on-call caregiver, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be able to lift 25 lbs
Have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a safe vehicle
Be willing to work one weekend shift a weekend (this can be as short as 3 hours on Saturday or Sunday) or work both days every other weekend
Be able to take and pass a drug test and background check
Please note, some clients can only be matched with certain genders as prescribed by legal, federally-recognized identification as part of a bona fide occupational qualification.
