We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and empathetic Caregivers and CNAs available for Weekends to work 3p-11p, 11p-7a, short 4-6 hour shifts, or 12 hour shifts.

You get paid weekly

We have several positions available immediately, such as RN delegated cases, on-call positions, as well as working with COVID-19 positive patients (Hazard Pay), and companion care as well.
Overture Home Care offers RN-delegated home care and companion services to seniors and other individuals requiring care.
The company’s highly-trained caregivers are overseen by one of three staff RNs, delivering a variety of services to enable their clients to live independently, safely and with dignity.
Job Requirements
Duties Include:
Provide care as directed by the Case Manager to clients requiring in-home
Provide assistance with ADL’s, AIDLs, transportation, light housekeeping and meals.
Reports observations and other pertinent information related to the care of the client.
Documents information related to client care on agency forms or in electronic record.
Provides services that support the care delivered to the client.
Provides input in the formulation and evaluation of standards of care.
Participates in the development of client objectives.
Participates in the identification of staff educational needs.
Conducts self in a professional manner in compliance with agency policies.
Participates in the quality assessment and improvement process and activities.
Communicates client’s progress to Case Manager; report condition changes immediately!
