Profile

Follow client care plan, to provide them with assistance with: Laundry and Housekeeping
Transportation to Appointments and Store
Meal Prep and Eating
Grooming, Dressing, Mobility, Transfers, and Toileting
Companionship, safety, and One on One Activities
Work closely with Nurse Supervisor to ensure all care duties are completed. Immediately report and record changes in client condition, family situation, or needs to Supervisor.
The successful candidate must be in good standing on NC Nurse Aide Registry, will have a high school diploma, GED equivalent, or specialized training, and must exhibit a positive attitude and commitment to compassionate quality client care.
