We provide non-medical care usually in private homes. We also provide non-medical care in assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities and in hospitals. Our goal is to care for people in the environment they choose to be in. Clients we care for may need our help due to any of the following:
· Dementia
· Strokes
· Heart Problems
· Pulmonary Problems
· Disease Related Problems
· Hospice/End of Life Care (we work in conjunction with hospice)
· Injuries
· Surgeries
Experience in caring for people with the above afflictions is beneficial. The services we offer are summarized below:
· Companionship (usually with our other services, but occasionally standalone)
· Light Housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, laundry, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, cooking, washing dishes, medication reminders, transportation, errands…)
· Personal (bathing, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, ambulation, grooming, feeding…)
Our Care Plans are tailored to each individual client and will consist of some combination of the above listed services.

Job Requirements
We are seeking experienced CNA's and Caregivers with 2 years of experience in some type of caregiving role. Caring for a family member is acceptable. We also consider newly certified CNA's with minimal experience. We will help you grow into this role with state certification and training in place.

· Dependability – you MUST possess this
· We need people willing to work any or all: Days, Nights, Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays
· We prefer you be willing to work at least every other weekend, the people we work with need help on the weekends also
· A passion for caring for others
· A smile on your face and in your heart, this is not just a job, it is a calling
· Ability to pass a drug test, TB test and background check. Have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
