HomeWell is urgently looking to hire experienced HHA/CNA for our sweet, kind and gentle female client in Newton Center. She is a stand-by assist. The schedule is 28hours/week with details below:
Mons, Weds, Fridays: 4pm -8pm
Sats & Suns: 9am -1pm; 4pm -8pm

Job Requirements
Requirements:
CNA/HHA certified.
Minimum of 3years experience in Home Care, Nursing Home or similar care setting is a plus. Must be able to drive and have a vehicle
Duties:
The Caregivers perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting etc.
Ambulation
Medication reminders
Companionship, socializing with the client, purposeful engagement, facilitating wellness activities, community involvement
Light housekeeping
Other duties within the Plan of Care
