Profile

We are seeking a family Nurse practitioner for a Private family Practice to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

Location: West Valley City,UT

Duties Include:

Manage acute and chronic illnesses.
Conduct physical exams and perform diagnostic tests and procedures.
Diagnose and treat health problems.
Perform patient checkups.
Diagnose and manage minor trauma, including suturing and splinting.
Prescribe medications as needed for seasonal illnesses.
Educate health promotion and disease prevention to patients.
Participate in community outreach program

Qualifications:
Licensed as a FNP in the state of Utah
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to create a positive work environment
Ability to identify and solve problems
Friendly and capable of respectfully communicating to both clients and staff.
Self-starter

Perks And Benefits
Competitive compensation of $55.00 to $65.00 an hour
Attractive benefits package
No nights or weekends

Hours of operation:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. pm.
