Job Description (Other duties may be assigned)
Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients
Assesses patients’ physical and emotional status, level of company, home environment, safety factors and family support available to assist with care and needs
Provides information on patient rights, reimbursement procedure, and patient/family rights
Assesses and evaluates patient/clients’ statuses, reviews and implements
Plan of care, reevaluates needs and revises plan of care as necessary
Observes patient changes in condition and communicates/coordinates care with attending physician and clinical management
Initiates and applies appropriate preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing procedures and techniques as ordered by the physician
Administers medication and intravenous solutions
Maintains patient clinical records and reports as require
Required documents (We cannot accept expired or illegible documents)
RN or LPN License
Physical (within 6 months)
Driver’s License/ID
Social Security Card
CPR Card (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Level 2 Background
HIV/Aids Certificate
