Job Description
Wilf at Home, an agency of the Wilf Campus for Senior Living located in Somerset, NJ, is in search of compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our Team. Wilf at Home is currently looking for experienced Live-In CHHAs in the following areas: Somerset, Union and Middlesex Counties.
Primary Duties
Our At Home Health Aides are vital members of our team. They are responsible for assisting with activities of daily living and personal care services for each client while creating a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
Provide health care services wherever a client calls home
Assist with activities of daily living
Transports and accompanies clients to various activities and appointments
Assists client's with personal care activities
Maintains client care records as instructed by the Professional Registered Nurse
Assists clients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises as directed by the RN
Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions
Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively iwth the client and his/her family member
Job Requirements
Requirements
Must have a CHHA certification from the State of New Jersey
Proven working experience as a home health aide
Caring and compassionate personality
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED
