Ensures optimal flow and utilization of resources to meet demand for services with available staff. This position requires current licensure as a registered nurse plus three years acute care nursing.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resources required.
Also requires demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills and conflict mediation ability.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams also required.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
