Job Requirements
- Driver's License
- Social Security card, or other verification of eligibility to work in the US (green card work visa etc)
- Auto Insurance if you plan to transport clients (many clients request help getting to appointments)
- Valid and current CPR card
- CNA license or HHA Certificate from an accredited School.
- 2 certificates, Assistance with Self Administered Medication Course (2 hour course) & HIV/AIDS (1 hour course) training (these courses are available at RN.org and Elitecme.com as well as other state certified schools you may find)
- Statement from a healthcare provider done within the last 6 months, that you are Free of Communicable Disease.
