Summary:
English Meadows Senior Living is a locally owned company providing excellent care to our wonderful Residents. We are seeking a compassionate and caring Resident Assistant to help with the daily needs of our Residents within the community. The Resident Assistant has the ability to interact with Residents and fellow Caregivers on a daily basis, providing assistance with daily tasks in a safe and secure environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists residents with ADL, environmental orientation, vital signs, first aid and would care.
Receives report from the previous shift
Assists with Resident’s meals
Report accidents and incidents
Ensuring that the Residents’ rooms are safe and well-organized
Job Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant, have a NA certificate or other approved course by state
Must meet requirements imposed by the licensing authorities
Must have an acceptable criminal record check
