SeniorBridge is looking for Supervising Care Manager RN who enjoys leading and developing other caregivers, assessing senior client needs, developing caregiver plans and ensuring quality and compliance at every step.

This is your opportunity to manage your own time between work-at-home, office-time and client field visits. The Director of Nursing is responsible for ensuring quality and appropriateness of service to all clients, and for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. This leader is also knowledgeable and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations to which we may be subject.

In this role, you may directly perform some or all of the activities associated with the responsibilities below:

Ensures Clinical competence/excellence

Responsible for maintaining Professional/Paraprofessional productivity and margins within budget goals

Responsible to maximize services for revenue growth by reviewing and approving all cases and potential care plans

Ensures superior customer service

Adheres to all policies, procedures and standards set forth by the company, state and federal regulations

Anticipates, identifies and reports in a timely manner on areas of potential risk; and plans their resolution or prevention. Consults with the Manager and Corporate Leadership staff as appropriate.

Performs any other activities as directed by the Company

By ensuring service and satisfaction standards, the position spearheads high levels of 'Word of Mouth' referrals.

Must Haves

Valid RN License in the state of Florida with no restrictions/disciplinary actions

Three years of nursing experience, preferably in care management

Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience

Proven leadership with ability to influence, motivate, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team-oriented approach approach

Existing community and professional contacts within the geographic market

Knowledge of community resources

Proficient with Microsoft application such as: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point

Must be available to work in the field

Nice to Haves

BSN or Master's degree in Nursing

Home infusion experience

Proven ability to lead teams and build strong working relationships, both internally and externally

Experience leading remote multi-location teams

Care Management Certification

Additional Information

This role is considered patient facing and is a part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program, if selected for hire you will be required to be screened for TB

This role is a part of Humana's Driver Safety program and therefore requires and individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,00 limits.
