SeniorBridge is hiring PRN/Part-Time RNs to provide in-home Infusion Therapy and services to our senior clients. SeniorBridge is Humana's Private Pay Home Care division.

Responsibilities

SeniorBridge clients are located from Jacksonville to Miami, and all along Florida's Atlantic Coast.

Job responsibilities include administering Infusion services one-on-one, in-home and each visit takes about 2-4 hours. Work as little or as much as your schedule allows. Current need is PRN, but this could become a Full-Time position over time.

You should be confident in and competent at starting an IV unassisted within two attempts. Effective listening as well as customer service orientation is critical to the job.

This is a terrific opportunity to provide focused care without the rush and multi-tasking required in other care settings.

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse in the state of Florida

2 years of experience of in home care or hospital setting

IV infusion experience

Experience working with the adult population

Ability to travel to senior client residences

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport

Ability to work with minimal supervision within the role and scope

Ability to use a variety of electronic information applications/software programs including electronic medical records

Excellent keyboard and web navigation skills

This role is a part of Humana's Driver Safety program and therefore requires and individual to have a valid state driver's license, a clean driving record and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,00 limits.

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana At Home's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Associates working in the State of Florida will need ACHA Level II Background clearance

We will require full Covid vaccination for this position.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

BSN

3-5 years of in home assessment and care coordination experience
