Join our clinical team as an Infection Preventionist -LPN/LVN! Under the direction of a RN, you will be responsible for one or multiple centers Infection Prevention and Control Program and will function as a practitioner, resource, consultant, educator and facilitator for all staff focusing on the following areas: Infection Prevention - Control Activities, Outbreak Management, Employee Health and Outcome - Process Surveillance. The latter includes identifying, investigating, analyzing, controlling and reporting infections. PINL Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational ursing. * Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending icensed practical nurse licensure. * Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing. * Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
