The RN, Infection Control, works with patients/families, staff and systems to achieve quality, cost-effective, patient-focused outcomes within a specialty area. Focus areas are clinical practice, teaching, research and consulting. Practices in consultation with and under the guidance of a RN Infection Preventionist.

Current WA State RN license
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is Preferred within 2 years of date of hire
5 or more years experience in a clinical nursing capacity
Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing
