We are currently seeking an MDS Coordinator

. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for completing and overseeing the RAI Process, including training/educating floor staff on requirements and processes for accurately capturing resident conditions to facilitate accurate coding for Quality Care and Reimbursement.

Qualifications

Current RN License required.

Experience in long term care.

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Knowledge of Federal, State and local governmental practices and regulations applicable to long term health care organizations.

Knowledgeable of human development, including the processes of aging, and of social and health problems confronting older persons.
