Face coverings are available to all team members and enhanced cleaning and sanitation is regularly performed.\u00A0Position/Summary Responsibilities include:Assist the OH director in providing strategic system leadership for Occupational Health Services as well as operational oversight for all Occupational Health Departments.Assist the OH director in the responsibility of coordinating, managing, planning and developing policies and procedures to provide high quality employee health services that meet all internal and external requirements. Through subordinate supervisory personnel, assist the OH director in directing the operational and financial activities of the Occupational Health Departments.Assist the OH direct in developing and implements strategic plans and annual operating goals consistent with the strategic direction, objectives, and policies of the Company.Assist in directing the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the Occupational Health Departments. Assist the OH direct in assures collection, monitoring and reporting of data and health information practices to assure proper custodianship of employee health records and trends analysis as well as all required regulatory reporting. Assist the OH director assuring effective disability management through excellent communication with appropriate internal and external contacts, timely and relevant medical specialty assessments and organizational strategies which maximize employee health and productivity. Assist in measuring and assessing performance of each Occupational Health Department. Assist the OH direct in coordinating the promotion of the Occupational Health program to potential commercial clients; prepares bids and manages contractual arrangements; interfaces with hospital/physicians, emergency departments and outpatient services to ensure optimum employee care.Assis the OH direct in development and revision of department procedures and protocols.Assist OH direct in developing current to intermediate goals and measures for the Occupational Health Departments.Monitors activities for and ensures compliance with laws, government regulations, OSHA requirements and JBS policies. Assist the Direct in developing and implements external and internal audit guidelines. Ensures full utilization of the Occupational Health portion of the Safety and Health Cority System.\u00A0Additional job responsibilities include:Training all new incoming Occupational Health Managers.New staff training for the Occupational Health portion of the Safety and Health Cority system.Training on all Cority updates and changes within the system.Uniformity in daily running of occupational health departments.Uniformity in annual documentation and requirements of teams within the complexes such as HazMat team, Avian Influenza team, Confined Space team, etc. Assistance with annual SMS audit reviews.Travel to other plants to ensure that day to day running of the Occupational Health Department meets the standards of care as set forth by Pilgrim\u2019s Pride. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Bachelor\u2019s Degree\u00A0preferred\u00A0with\u00A0a minimum of 3-5\u00A0years of nurse management experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably poultry and/or food.\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 RN with a compact license required.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 BLS required.\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Drug and Alcohol Collection experience a . \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 OSHA recordkeeping required.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Must be able to travel 50% /-.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Ability to work any hours as needed,\u00A0flexible to work various shifts.\u00A0\u00A0
