Description

SeniorBridge is hiring PRN and Part-Time RNs to provide in-home Infusion Therapy and services in the greater Phoenix area. SeniorBridge is Humana's Private Pay Home Care division.

Responsibilities

You will administer Infusion services one-on-one, in-home and each visit takes about 2-4 hours. Work as little or as much as your schedule allows. Current need is PRN, but this could become a Full-Time position over time.

You should be confident and competent at starting an IV unassisted within two attempts, but we will offer training, if needed. Effective listening is critical to the job, as well as customer service orientation.

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse with 2 years of experience of in home care or acute care setting

Experience working with the adult population

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport

Ability to work with minimal supervision within the role and scope

Ability to use a variety of electronic information applications/software programs including electronic medical records

Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

This role is a part of Humana's Driver Safety program and therefore requires and individual to have a valid state driver's license, a clean driving record and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,00 limits.

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana At Home's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

We will require full Covid vaccination for this job as we are a healthcare company committed to putting health and safety first for our members, patients, associates and the communities we serve. This job requires close personal interaction with patients. You will not be able to social distance.

If progressed to offer, you will be required to provide proof of full vaccination where allowed by law. Medical and religious exemptions will be considered on a case by case basis.

Preferred Qualifications

BSN

IV certification

2-3 years of home care or infusion experience
