Position: Clinical Nurse II- Float PoolHours: 36 hours/weekShift: Rotating 12 hour shifts 7a-7p or 7p-7a with every third weekendPosition qualifies for full time benefitsThe UNC Hospitals Flex Team is seeking valuable team members to join our nurses floating to a variety of areas including: Women’s Health, Pediatrics, ICU, Stepdown, Acute Care, ED and Psychiatry. We welcome someone who is energetic, flexible, patient-driven, and an effective communicator.Candidates must possess considerable knowledge of nursing, adapt to change, be highly flexible, and maintain a safe patient/family centered environment. We will match work assignments with experience. Precepting is individualized based on your skill set and experience level. Prefer 18 months of hospital experience.','!*!

Graduation from a state-accredited school of professional nursing. One (1) year of nursing experience. If hired after January 6, 2014, must be enrolled in an accredited program within four years of employment, and obtain a Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing or a Master's degree with a major in Nursing within seven years of employment date.

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
