We treat all neurosurgical diagnoses and our team has the training and skills to provide excellent patient-centered neurosurgical care. We see and treat pediatrics, adults and geriatrics.

*Front line for clinic needs/operations *Back-up for Clinic Nurse and telephone triage as needed *Helps manage patient complaints/concerns-works with private advocacy officer and risk management *Helps Practice Manager with reports/projects *In charge of staffing allocation & phone coverage needs *Manages staff orientation calendars, EPIC classes and etc *Helps with competencies *Coordinates meetings & agendas as assigned *Manages employee relations & kronos *Helps prepare practice for JACHO and Magnet Site Surveys *Facilitates needs of providers as warranted *Manages the Open Encounter Report *Conduct interviews for clinical staff *Facilitates coordination of student for clinical externships (Medical assistants, LPN, RN)

Education: Graduate of a Registered Nurse program required. Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience: Two (2) years of clinical experience required with demonstrated leadership experience. Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
Licensure/Certifications/Registration: Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
AHA BLS-HCP required. May be required to obtain AHA-ACLS & PALS based on specific work unit within 6 months of hire. All certifications to be maintained ongoing.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, team leadership, priority setting and work competency skills. Promotes a respectful, inclusive culture of service excellence.OUR VALUES
