That answer is yes you can begin a nursing career online. However, to become a license nurse you will need hands on training as well. You can get some training done online, but your going to be balancing your time between the hands on training and online courses; instead of just going to a near by college to handle it all in one place. You will receive your hands on training at a medical facility; the second part of the training can be done online.

Starting your Nurse Career Training Online

Nursing online will only get you half the nurses licenses this pre -license are accredited by colleges, institutions and universities. These course consist of physiology, anatomy, microbiology, nursing and patient care concepts, nutrition and chemistry and psychology.



If online nursing isn't for you can you always, take requirement programs at community colleges and other nursing establishments. It is always helpful to make sure your courses credits are accounted for if you want to transfer to another nursing program.
